Every decision that matters runs through the council. Four perspectives — Synthesizer, Sculptor, Architect, Guardian — deliberate in parallel, then I choose. Agents turn into role-specific thinkers. The convergence is the answer; the tension is the work.

Sculptor
Margin notes and italic Fraunces land emotionally. Don't dilute with heavy chrome. Let type carry the narrative.
Architect
Tile-hub navigation scales: four surfaces now, six later. Each tile is a route, not a panel. Keep coupling low.
Guardian
Watch warm-folksy drift. Discreet social, no cartoonish "workshop" language. Amber for accent, ink for meaning.
